Cancellation Policy

Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, allow my child to participate in Sunshine Life Co programs, which may include yoga, arts and crafts, self‑defense, dance, outdoor activities, and other movement‑based or creative experiences. I understand that all physical and creative activities carry some risk of injury and that these risks cannot be fully eliminated. I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure my child is physically and emotionally able to participate safely. My child will follow all instructions from staff and instructors. I have disclosed any relevant health, behavioral, or safety information needed to support my child’s participation. Release of Liability I assume all risks associated with my child’s participation and agree to release Sunshine Life Co, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliated entities from all claims, demands, or liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand participation is voluntary and that Sunshine Life Co cannot guarantee a risk‑free environment. Communicable Disease Acknowledgment I understand that group activities may increase the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including COVID‑19. My child will not attend class if experiencing symptoms of illness or after known exposure. If my child contracts a communicable disease through community transmission, I agree not to hold Sunshine Life Co liable for resulting illness or damages. Photo/Video Release I grant permission for Sunshine Life Co to use photos or video of my child for marketing or educational purposes in print or online, without compensation. I may opt out by notifying Sunshine Life Co in writing before participation. Personal Belongings I understand Sunshine Life Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds are issued for missed classes or workshops. With at least 72 hours’ notice, Sunshine Life Co may offer an account credit at its discretion. Class sizes are limited; failure to cancel a reserved spot will result in a fee. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges on memberships, class cards, or gift cards. Class cards may not be shared, used for guests, or applied to special events. Class cards expire one year from purchase.
